What I do

Careers are shaped by more than individual effort.
They are shaped by systems, guidance, access, and clarity.

  • With universities and institutions, I design the career services, tools and training that connect education to real opportunity.

  • With leaders and founders, I build the narrative, visibility and audience that turn work already being done into recognised authority.
     

My work combines career coaching, strengths-based development, and career systems design across higher education contexts in Europe and the United States.
